Xibra Plus Tablets (10 pack) are a combination allergy medicine that typically pairs bilastine, a non-drowsy (second-generation) antihistamine, with montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist. Directions for Use

Take only as directed by your doctor. Usually one tablet once daily, often in the evening, swallowed with water. Bilastine is best taken on an empty stomach (about an hour before or two hours after food). Take it at the same time each day and use it regularly during your allergy season for the best control. Do not exceed the stated dose.

Usually non-drowsy, but it can make some people sleepy. See how it affects you before driving, and avoid alcohol.
