Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take exactly as directed by your doctor. The 4-tablet kit is usually taken as a single short course, with the different tablets taken as instructed (often together as a single oral dose, with water, after food). Complete the whole kit as prescribed even if symptoms improve. Your sexual partner may also need treatment to prevent re-infection. Ask your doctor.

Take the whole kit exactly as directed. Avoid alcohol during and for a few days after taking it, as the anti-anaerobic component (secnidazole) can cause an unpleasant reaction with alcohol. Tell your doctor about allergies (especially to antibiotics), liver or heart-rhythm problems, and all other medicines. See a doctor rather than self-treating if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have pelvic pain, fever or abnormal bleeding. Use in pregnancy only on advice. Store below 30°C.
