Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Typically one 150mg tablet once daily for the first 6 days, then one tablet twice daily (at least 8 hours apart), set a quit date in the second week, and continue the course for the prescribed weeks. Swallow tablets whole with water; do not crush or chew. Avoid taking the second dose too close to bedtime to reduce sleep problems.

Not for use if you have or have had seizures (epilepsy), an eating disorder, or are withdrawing from alcohol or sedatives. Bupropion can lower the seizure threshold. Do not use with MAOI antidepressants. Tell your doctor about any mood changes, depression, agitation or thoughts of self-harm, and stop and seek help if these occur.
