Dapefy SM 10/100/1000mg Tablets (28 pack) are a modern triple-therapy for type 2 diabetes. Dapagliflozin 10mg (SGLT2 inhibitor), sitagliptin 100mg (DPP-4 inhibitor) and metformin 1000mg in one tablet. Three complementary mechanisms. Glucose excretion through urine, incretin-boosted insulin response and reduced liver glucose output. Consolidate complex regimens into simpler dosing.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take as prescribed, typically once or twice daily with meals, swallowed whole with water. Maintain good hydration, continue diet and exercise measures, and monitor blood sugar as advised. Do not adjust the dose yourself.

Not for type 1 diabetes or ketoacidosis. Seek urgent care for nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain or rapid breathing (possible ketoacidosis), or severe abdominal pain radiating to the back (possible pancreatitis). Genital and urinary infections are more likely. Maintain hygiene. Treatment pauses before surgery or contrast scans. Caution in kidney impairment; limit alcohol.
