Auroflox 0.3% Eye Drops (ofloxacin) are a prescription antibiotic eye drop used to treat bacterial eye infections such as bacterial conjunctivitis and corneal ulcers. Ofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that kills the bacteria causing the infection, relieving redness, discharge, irritation and discomfort. This 5ml drop is used by adults and children as directed by a doctor, for short courses to clear bacterial eye infections.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Use only as directed by your doctor. Wash your hands first. Tilt the head back, pull down the lower eyelid and instil the prescribed number of drops into the affected eye(s), avoiding touching the eye or dropper tip. Complete the full course even if the eye improves. If using other eye drops, leave at least 5 minutes between them.

This is a prescription antibiotic eye medicine. Tell your doctor if you are allergic to ofloxacin or other quinolone antibiotics. Do not wear contact lenses while you have an eye infection or are using the drops unless advised. May cause brief stinging or blurred vision. Wait until vision clears before driving. Use only in the eye and complete the course. Use in pregnancy or breastfeeding only on advice. Discard within the recommended period after opening. Store as directed.
