Lanspure DR 30mg Capsules (10 pack) contain lansoprazole 30mg in a delayed-release (DR) form. A proton pump inhibitor that powerfully reduces stomach acid. It is used for acid reflux and GERD, healing of stomach and duodenal ulcers, and protection against acid-related damage. Lansoprazole blocks acid production at its source, relieving heartburn and allowing the inflamed gullet and stomach lining to heal.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take one capsule once daily in the morning, 30-60 minutes before food, swallowed whole with water. Do not crush or chew the delayed-release capsule. Take consistently for the course prescribed. If long-term use is needed, your doctor will review the lowest effective dose.

Long-term acid suppression should be medically reviewed. It can affect absorption of magnesium, vitamin B12 and calcium, and slightly raises infection and fracture risk with prolonged use. Report difficulty or pain swallowing, unintended weight loss, black stools or vomiting blood. These need urgent assessment, not just acid treatment. Tell your doctor about all medicines, as lansoprazole interacts with several (including certain antifungals and HIV medicines). Use in pregnancy on medical advice.
