Overview

Directions for Use
For use by trained healthcare professionals using sterile technique. In brief: close the roller clamp, spike the fluid container, open the air vent if using a rigid bottle, prime the line to remove air, connect to the patient's IV access, and adjust the roller clamp to the prescribed drip rate. Monitor the infusion and the patient. Use a new sterile set for each infusion and discard appropriately.

Use only if the sterile packaging is intact and in date, and maintain aseptic technique throughout. Monitor the patient and infusion site for swelling, pain or redness.
