Overview
Wooden Tongue Depressors (100 pack) are smooth, single-use wooden spatulas used to gently press down the tongue so a healthcare worker can examine the mouth and throat clearly. They are a standard examination aid in clinics and first-aid settings, and are also widely used for applying ointments, mixing, and craft or splinting tasks. Being single-use, they support good hygiene. A practical clinical essential for clinics, healthcare workers and homes. Single use only.

Directions for Use
To examine the throat, ask the person to open wide and say "ahh," then gently press the middle of the tongue down with the flat depressor to get a clear view, using a good light. Use a new depressor for each person. Discard after a single use. They can also be used to apply creams or ointments hygienically with a fresh stick each time.

Single use only. Do not reuse between people, to prevent spreading germs. Use gently to avoid triggering the gag reflex or injuring the mouth. Inspect each one and do not use any that are split or splintered. Keep out of reach of young children (choking/splinter risk). Store in a clean, dry place. This product information is for general guidance only and does not replace professional medical advice.

Not applicable. This is a single-use examination device (wooden tongue depressors). No active pharmaceutical ingredients.
