Directions for Use

Empty the contents of one sachet into a glass of water or milk, stir well and drink immediately. Typically one sachet daily, or as directed by your doctor, pharmacist or the pack label. Best taken with or after a meal. Separate from iron supplements, thyroid medicines and tetracycline/quinolone antibiotics by 2-4 hours. Confirm the exact strengths for your pack on the packaging.

Do not use with high blood calcium, severe kidney impairment or calcium kidney stones except on medical advice. Mild constipation or bloating can occur.
