Directions for Use

Remove the wrapper and peel off the backing strip. Press the pad adhesive-side down onto the centre of your underwear, fold the wings under and press to secure. Change every 4-8 hours, or more often on heavy days. Do not wear a single pad longer than 8 hours. Wrap used pads in the wrapper and dispose of in a bin; do not flush.
