Directions for Use

Peel off the backing strip and press the pad firmly, adhesive-side down, onto the inside of your underwear, folding the wings underneath and sticking them in place. Change the pad regularly through the day. Typically every 3 to 4 hours, or more often on heavier days. To stay fresh and dry and to reduce the risk of irritation or odour. Wrap used pads and dispose of them in a bin (never flush them). Wash your hands before and after changing.

For external use as a sanitary towel only. Change regularly and do not leave a single pad on for very long periods, as this can cause irritation. If you notice skin irritation, a rash or unusual discomfort, stop using and switch product or seek advice. Dispose of used pads hygienically in a bin, not the toilet. Store in a clean, dry place.
