Polygynax Vaginal Capsules (12 pack) are a triple-action treatment for mixed vaginal infections, combining two antibiotics. Neomycin and polymyxin B. With the antifungal nystatin in one soft vaginal capsule. This broad coverage treats vaginitis caused by susceptible bacteria, Candida (thrush) or both at once, relieving discharge, itching and irritation without waiting for separate treatments. Inserted at bedtime, the soft capsule spreads evenly as you sleep. A practical, widely prescribed option for women dealing with troublesome mixed vaginal infections.

Per vaginal capsule: neomycin sulphate 35,000 IU, polymyxin B sulphate 35,000 IU, nystatin 100,000 IU. Contains soybean oil.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Use only as directed. Usually one capsule inserted deep into the vagina at bedtime for 12 consecutive nights, even during menstruation. Wash hands before and after insertion; lying down, push the capsule in gently as far as comfortable. Complete the full course even if symptoms settle early. Avoid latex condoms and diaphragms during treatment. The base may weaken them.

For vaginal use only. Do not use if allergic to any component, including soy (the capsule contains soybean oil). Local irritation or burning can occur. Stop and seek review if it is severe or a rash develops. Avoid in the first trimester of pregnancy and during breastfeeding unless a doctor advises.
