Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Usually once or twice daily with or after food and water. It works slowly, so it may take several weeks to feel the benefit; keep taking it regularly rather than only when sore. Diacerein commonly causes looser stools, especially at first. Tell your doctor if diarrhoea is troublesome, and it is generally avoided in people with bowel disease or significant liver problems. It can harmlessly turn the urine a darker yellow. If glucosamine is derived from shellfish, avoid it with a shellfish allergy, and tell your doctor if you have diabetes.
