Overview
Soluble Fibre from Chicory Root Inulin, sourced from Chicory root, is a type of carbohydrate with its high fibre content and low calorie count and cannot be digested. Instead, it feeds the good bacteria in your colon - something that is often known as your 'Microbiome'. The fibres that feed our good bacteria are also known as 'prebiotics'.
Directions for Use
Mix 1-2 teaspoons (2-5g) daily into water, shakes, smoothies, juice or yogurt. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
