Directions for Use

Take one capsule one to three times daily, preferably on an empty stomach (30 minutes before a meal) with water or juice, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Many users prefer morning and midday dosing, as tyrosine may be mildly energising. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
