Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Usually one 50mg sachet dissolved in a glass of water, taken up to two or three times daily as needed, ideally before or with food. Stir well and drink immediately. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible time. Do not combine with other NSAIDs.

Avoid with stomach ulcers or bleeding, severe heart failure, ischaemic heart disease, severe kidney or liver disease, aspirin/NSAID allergy, and in the third trimester of pregnancy. Diclofenac carries a recognised cardiovascular risk. Use the lowest dose briefly, especially with heart risk factors. Stop and seek care for black stools, chest pain or swelling. Caution with blood thinners, diuretics and ACE inhibitors. Contains a sweetener. Check the label if diabetic or with phenylketonuria. Store below 30°C.
