Dr Brown's Wide-Neck nipple is super-soft and is made of high-grade silicone. Each nipple level provides a different flow rate. Dr.Browns Level 3 Nipple has a consistent flow. The suggested age range for the Level Dr. Browns level 3 nipple is for babies that are 6 months+ , however baby’s preferred flow rate may vary. Replace the nipple if it shows any signs of wear such as cracking or change in shape as small pieces can accidentally be inhaled and cause serious injury to the baby.
