Olfen Gel contains Diclofenac Sodium 10 mg which is a non steroidal anti inflammatory drug and it is used for the treatment of joint pain in the hands, wrists, elbows, kneels, ankles or feet. It is used for local treatment of localized rheumatic diseases e.g. osteoarthritis, inflammation of the ligaments, tendons, muscles and joints due to trauma and localized forms of soft tissue rheumatism.
The dosage varies on different conditions. Apply sufficient amount on the affected area and massage lightly. Do not apply on broken skin,eyes,open wounds or in the mouth. Always wash the hands before and after applying Olfen Gel.
Do not use if you are allergic to Diclofenac or any other non- steroidal anti inflammatory Do not use in the last 3 months of pregnancy. Common side effect include allergic dermatitis such as itching, reddening of the skin and edema. The following information is an educational aid only.
