    SITARED (Sitagliptin) 50 mg Tablets Bioequivalence: Bioequivalent to the innovator (Januvia®) — comparative bioavailability data on file. Description: DPP-4 inhibitor to improve glycaemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes; monotherapy or add-on to metformin, sulfonylurea, thiazolidinedione or insulin. Ingredients: Sitagliptin 50 mg (film-coated tablet). How to use: 50 mg once daily when a reduced dose is indicated (e.g., moderate renal impairment), as directed. With or without food. Precautions (key only): Pancreatitis warning; serious hypersensitivity possible—stop if suspected. Hypos possible with sulfonylurea/insulin—dose adjust those if needed. Prescription medicine.
